Returns:

You have 7 business days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, it must meet the requirements below:

Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

Item must be in the original packaging

Must have the receipt or proof of purchase

We can accept return only if the item has a manufacturing defect.

You must mention RMA no. top of the parcel. [For example ( RMA#12345), where 12345 is your order no.]

Refunds:

Upon receiving your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or the original method of purchase.

You will receive your credit when your card issuer finishes processing it.

We cannot do:

We cannot replace your current items with another item in any case.

We cannot provide a refund if the item does not have any manufacturing defect, in this case, we can replace it with the same model.

We are not providing return shipping charges, these charges bear by you (customer).

We do not have a return pickup facility so please use your own courier service to send your goods. Return shipping charges are not refundable, depends on the situation.

We will not hear any complaint about wrong / incorrect / opened parcel delivery received by you after 24 hours. So you should register a complaint with us within 24 hours by email only.
